Maureen was wonderful to tour with! She took the time to answer all of my client’s questions thoroughly and never made us feel rushed. You can truly tell that her focus is on helping families find the right fit, and she emphasized that it’s all about the community and making residents feel at home. The community itself was warm and welcoming, with a great atmosphere and plenty of activities to keep residents engaged and connected. Incredible hosts Sierra and her apprentice Marisa. Could not have expected kinder and well informed tour. Their energy; their humanity, off the charts. I am 56 and still feel a bit too conscious of my aging. Now that I visited the facility; the time to move may come earlier than later. Beautiful facility. Thank you 🙏

Sierra is a wonderful Marketing Director! She is professional, responsive, and truly takes great care of her community. You can see the pride she has in the property and the residents she serves. The community itself is beautiful — from the fun pickleball court to the gorgeous swimming pool and all the thoughtful amenities throughout. It’s welcoming, vibrant, and full of life. If you haven’t seen it yet, I highly recommend scheduling a tour. You won’t be disappointed!

We did a virtual tour today with Sierra. She did a fantastic job of showing us everything we asked to see, plus a few extra stops! She is articulate and patient with questions. We are in Chicago but plan on making Mera our new home. Kudos to Sierra and Mera!
